We have Good News & News Which Might Not Look so Good to Many…
The Good News:
Chef Barr’s hip surgery went well and He is Doing Great! 
He has great mobility, no pain and getting better each and every day. Thank everyone for the well wishes and prayers!
The Other News:
The recovery hiatus gave Chef Robert, and myself(Corey), time to really evaluate the financial and personal viability of the business as-is, and it’s potential going forward. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t really paying our bills in the current market and economy. We were both struggling and borrowing to get by and only able to pay ourselves less than minimum wage. I was not able to pay myself a dime towards a lease, or the real estate side of things either. As such it was just not financially sound or viable. We both spent A LOT of time reflecting on personal need, value, financial responsibility and forward direction and had different opinions on each which we could not find a way to reconcile going forward in partnership.
It breaks our hearts, but we have chosen to terminate our contract and work towards things which will serve us both better going forward. It is not a bad thing, we both need to do what is best for ourselves.
I know this will bring up a lot of questions and concerns, which we are both still in process with. We ask that everyone give us the grace and time to process, catch up, and discover what that looks like for each of us moving forward.
We want to give our deepest gratitude and appreciation to everyone for their love, patronage and support! Without you we would not have made it as far as we did.

As for me, Personally, I’m exploring and open to all options and will do my best to move and evolve the property forward, towards my ultimate intention of a thriving community center, if I see a realistic and sound path forward I will do so. I am in deep process with this and I can’t tell you what that looks like right now. I do have a lot of catch-up and maintenance that I need to work on, and that will be my primary focus for the next couple weeks. I love you all and hope to see you again soon!
